Prosoma builds Living Well, digital psychological support for people affected by cancer. The Living Well app has been studied in a published randomized pilot trial, and clinicians at MemorialCare Todd Cancer Institute have introduced it to patients. We reach people directly and through healthcare partners. We’re looking for a hands-on growth lead to help more people find, enroll in and use Living Well at a sustainable acquisition cost, while shaping the growth team that follows.
A patient can leave an oncology visit with a treatment plan and still wonder where to turn for help coping at home. Some hear about Living Well from a trusted nurse or social worker; others search for support without that introduction. Both journeys need a message that earns trust and a simple path into care. You will learn where people hesitate or drop off and build a repeatable engine from first contact through enrollment, activation and continued use.
Scale acquisition. Personally run paid search and social, owning budgets, campaigns, landing pages and creative tests. Grow qualified demand against agreed cost-per-enrolled-patient targets.
Know the customer. Speak with patients and caregivers and work closely with navigators. Combine their questions and language with search intent, partner context and funnel data to understand what prompts interest, earns trust and holds people back before writing a headline.
Turn insight into playbooks. Segment patients and caregivers by what they need and how they seek help, and clinical referrers by role and workflow. Build direct and partner-specific campaign playbooks covering trigger moments, objections, proof points, messaging, channels, referral handoffs and follow-up.
Build the creative engine. Establish a steady rhythm of briefing and testing patient-centered ads, hooks, copy and landing pages. Move quickly, scale what works and keep health claims clear and responsible.
Improve the whole funnel. Diagnose drop-offs from click or referral through enrollment, first use and month two. Run conversion, onboarding and re-engagement experiments with product and care colleagues, using cohort data to understand engagement and retention.
Make partner programs perform. For live B2B and B2B2C programs, develop patient-facing campaigns and referral journeys with partnerships and care teams. Make referrals easier for clinicians and enrollment easier for patients; test prompts, materials, handoffs and follow-up; measure referral-to-enrollment and activation by partner and program.
Make performance visible. Build a CEO-facing growth dashboard showing spend, qualified demand, referrals, stage conversion, acquisition cost by route, activation and retention cohorts. Use it to set priorities and identify measurement gaps.
At least five years of hands-on performance or growth marketing, including personal ownership of paid budgets and evidence of scaling acquisition within cost targets.
Strong customer research and creative judgment, with the ability to turn patient insight and funnel analysis into campaigns and conversion improvements.
Fluency in campaign measurement and dashboard building, plus practical experience working within sensitive-category ad targeting, data-use and claims rules. You know how to measure results without exposing patient information. Digital health experience is a plus.
Fluency with AI tools for creative development and analysis. You ship tests quickly, stop weak ones and build on results.
The pace and collaboration skills to work across marketing, partnerships, product and care.
Own the experiments and the economics, and help more people find support when they need it. When applying, show us a campaign you scaled within an acquisition-cost target and a funnel drop-off you fixed, with the numbers before and after.
