Our client is a full-service digital marketing agency delivering high-performance digital experiences across strategy, creative, performance, CRM, and web. They specialise in driving growth for a diverse client portfolio through data-driven campaigns and tailored marketing solutions.

They are now seeking to hire a CRM Specialist to manage the build, execution, and quality assurance of client CRM platforms and strategies. This role plays an integral part in bringing eDM, SMS, and automation programs to life while driving lifecycle retention and brand consistency.

Job Responsibilities

Campaign Execution & Automation

  • Own the day-to-day execution of CRM programs across eDM campaigns, SMS, automated flows, and segmentation
  • Build, optimise, and manage high-volume CRM delivery calendars across multiple client accounts
  • Perform rigorous quality assurance and testing to ensure campaign accuracy and brand alignment

Strategy & Performance Analysis

  • Contribute to CRM strategy across lifecycle marketing, retention, audience segmentation logic, and program design
  • Establish and execute testing roadmaps to drive continuous account optimisation
  • Run reporting and performance analysis to translate data into actionable strategic recommendations for clients

Operations & Team Collaboration

  • Manage deliverability, list health, suppression lists, and platform data hygiene
  • Collaborate with account managers, copywriters, and designers to brief and assemble assets to specification
  • Proactively audit accounts to identify missing opportunities and build complete marketing programs

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing
  • Deep working knowledge of ESP platforms including Klaviyo, Dotdigital, and HubSpot
  • Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, QA processes, and campaign deployment
  • Proven ability to build end-to-end programs strategically rather than executing simple tasks
  • High attention to detail with proactive problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple project deadlines concurrently

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience working within a digital marketing agency environment
  • Practical experience using Figma

Benefits

  • Permanent work-from-home set-up
  • Dayshift (Australian Eastern Standard Time business hours)
  • Full-time job
  • HMO (STAFF only)
  • Annual leave
  • 13-month pay
  • With Government mandated benefits
